Having great quality and safe equipment is very important to us, and we ensure we always try and invest in new equipment to make work easier.
Overtime and LAHA opportunities are also available for workers. Great remuneration packages are on offer with full time positions starting at $35 per hour, with crew members able to progress with company cars, fuel cards, etc. All overtime hours are fully paid.

Who We Are:
Leaf and Limb Tree Services is a growing company that prides itself on professional and high-quality workmanship. We provide all of our workers with quality equipment so that jobs can be done efficiently and safely, while maintaining our professional image. We value our work culture of a close team that works well together.
Our work is extremely varied, from large, hazardous removals to fine pruning. Our depot is based in the Yarra Valley; however, we work all over the Eastern Suburbs, Yarra Ranges, and other areas, as well as LAHA opportunities.
Typical working hours are from 7am until 4pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Leaf and Limb pays all penalty rates for work hours outside of the ordinary hours (38 hours).
The Roles:
We are looking for new members to join our team in the following roles:
- Tree Climber
- EWP Operator
- Ground Crew

We are offering permanent full-time roles, with competitive remuneration rates, superannuation, overtime, and possible living away from home allowances.
Leaf and Limb provides all necessary PPE and equipment, and training requirements. You will have the chance to develop your professional skills through RTO provided training, as well as on-the-job training and development from highly trained, experienced, and regarded team members.
We can offer a wide variety of work types including large tree removals and fine pruning. Leaf and Limb also undertakes work in a variety of working environments including Council works, Powerlines, and large private and commercial works.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Have industry experience.
- Take pride in their work.
- Be hard working, reliable, and have good physical fitness.
- Show initiative and be punctual.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Present professionally at all times.
The following qualifications would be highly regarded:
- White card (mandatory).
- Car licence (mandatory), MR licence would be advantageous.
- Certificate III or V in Horticulture/Arboriculture.
- Certificate II in ESI.
