ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Trinity Auto Group, Trinity Hyundai Used Cars is one of the largest, long established Used Car dealers in Cairns. We strive to be the  Number 1 Used Car outlet in North Queensland.

With  an industry experienced and supportive management team in place we are looking to execute our growth plans for 2024 and now have an outstanding opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, not necessarily in the auto industry. They will need to have a great work ethic, be driven to achieve and motivated by great customer experiences and financial success. On site training and sales development as well as industry accreditation will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
• Effectively respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate processes
• Use and update customer and prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention and source Referrals

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A sound understanding of sales processes and their strategic execution in order to meet and exceed targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
• Immaculate and professional presentation
• Open manual driver's licence essential
