BGR Equipment Hire are a family-owned business located in Manjimup, Western Australia. Providing a wide range of services such as civil construction, hire of equipment and mechanical repairs.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced all-rounder operator to join our team.
About the role:
• Living away from home to fulfil contracts, 3:1. (Within Southwest Area).
• Carting road base, bitumen, sand and more.
• Working on highway construction sites.
• Loading and unloading.
• Day shift hours.
• Fortnightly pay.
• Pay rate based on experience.
What you’ll need to be successful:
• Experience as a civil construction operator and Truck Driver.
• Current MC (multi combination) drivers’ licence with related side tipper experience.
• Operate trucks respectfully, and responsibly at all times.
• A basic mechanical aptitude.
• White Card.
• Current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical or willing to undergo one.
• Current Fatigue Management in line with WA fatigue guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements – including weekends and extended periods of working away.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to fill out paperwork accurately.
• Good time management skills, hardworking, honesty and reliability.
• Must have full Australian Working Rights.
