Salary- Permanent Full Time
- $66,276 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
- 76 hour fortnight
- Location: Burpengary - please note, this position will be moving to a Narangba location later in the coming months
You will be providing truck and trailer services to Council ensuring service delivery in accordance with specified time frames and standards. You will driving a truck and trailer moving plant and equipment for the roads and drains teams and operating relevant plant and equipment associated with the position (where trained and licenced to do so) as well as undertaking daily checks and basic maintenance of the vehicle/plant each day, ensuring any defects or issues are reported immediately.
About you
Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position. You will bring your experience driving trucks with trailers attached and your awareness of road rules and regulations and load restraint rules and regulations, your ability to use a variety of technology hardware as required for the position and your experience undertaking manual tasks in a safety conscious manner.
Paired with the above mentioned skills and experience, you will hold a current HC class driver's licence (minimum) and a Construction Induction Card.
