Truss Designer

Our client, a large truss manufacturer in Warragul, is currently seeking an experienced Timber Frame and Truss Designer to join our team. 

• Office Based Position
• Locally owned and operated company in Warragul
• Immediate start 
• Full-time position 

Duties will include:

• Design of Timber structures & trusses
• Liaising with customers, Architects and Engineers
• Providing support to customers
• Preparing accurate cost Estimates
• Producing layouts and certifications with all required information 
   

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Frame & Truss Design
• Experience using Design Software
• Strong computer skills 
• The ability to analyse and solve design-related problems 
• Good communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
• The ability to multitask and troubleshoot
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
• Proven ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
