Tug/Shunt Hc/Mc Truck Driver Day Shift

FOODBOSS TRANSPORT is a privately-owned family business that commenced operation in 1953. It is a growing Penrith based company specialising in Refrigerated Transport. Our team of professional drivers have been with us for many years as they enjoy the benefits of a local company. 

Due to expansion we are requiring TUG/SHUNTTRUCK DRIVER for the following hours

Monday to Friday

4:00am to 4:00pm

Every second Saturday

Immediate start

Start and finish at Penrith every day.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum 2 years' HC experience - Tug driving preferred
• Extensive experience with coupling and uncoupling trailers
• Good understanding of load restraint
• High customer service skills, good communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
• Mature attitude with the ability to work independently
• Some paperwork is required so attention to detail is a must
