The Position
You will be based in Townsville and be provided all the resources and training to become successful and drive your own income and potentially profit working along-side the TV Magic Townsville franchisee.
Be the master of your own destiny!
You will plan your day and week in our job management software with a variety of work. You will be provided with your own van and tools and will be responsible for managing and maintaining them. That means keeping good stock levels, staying organised, and having the right equipment so you can complete each task efficiently.
Connecting with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and helping them upgrade their homes or business. Communication is the key to your day running smoothly, and we are here to help you. Everyone loves a smooth day.
The right candidate will require the following values:
- Reliable, hard-working, and presentable. This means you are a self-starter and you come-with-batteries
- Be competitive and determined to achieve the highest level of success You are willing to learn, have attention to detail and are proud to possess problem solving skills
- You focus on safety
- You take pride in your work and are domesticated (This means you are happy to use a vacuum cleaner and a broom to clean up after each job)
- You have a genuine interest in TV's and Technology
Key Criteria:
- Australian resident / work visa
- Valid driver’s license
- Provide a recent police clearance
- Ability to complete a job on time and on budget as quoted by you
- Ability to identify faults and provide the best possible solutions
- Ability to educate your customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Must have working knowledge of TV settings, streaming apps, Internet solutions and media room equipment (Additional training is provided)
- Be competent in setting up mobile phones, tablets and PC’s.
