We seek a highly motivated UC Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VoIP and UC technologies and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. The UC Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting our clients, configuring and maintaining PBX & AV solutions, and assisting with implementing new projects.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets where an understanding of the SIP protocol, platform architecture, NBN, Network, and carriers is required.
- Assist with Post-sales queries for Meeting Room Systems / AV Solutions.
- Provide technical support across various UC products, i.e., 3CX, Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream, SNOM, Sennheiser, and Microsoft Teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain PBX systems.
- Provide Remote assistance to partners and onsite Techs.
- Assist with the Scoping & Implementation of new VoIP projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new VoIP technologies and changes in the field.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience with one or more Wholesale Telco providers providing pre-sales advice to clients.
- Strong knowledge with 3CX or similar PBX platform.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls).
- Strong Knowledge of PBX systems, installation, configuration, and management.
- Knowledge with Meeting Rooms / AV Solutions.
- Knowledge of NBN technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling.
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, and RTCP).
- Understanding of cloud communication technologies and how they are used in VoIP solutions.
- Knowledge of security issues and solutions related to VoIP (encryption, authentication, and firewall configuration).
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the field.
