Northern Honda has an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team. This
opportunity presents a brand-new automotive platform where you will work with
likeminded individuals carving the way for the future in this new state of the
art dealership. In your new role, you
will build strong relationships with customers as they progress through the
sales process, offering unparalleled service to assist in their vehicle
purchase. You’ll make an impact by:Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable
relationships with customersDetermining customer requirements and advising
on suitable vehicle modelsShowing vehicles and arranging test drives
with customersTaking sale orders and preparing the contract
of sale and any other relevant paperworkMaintaining a high level of product and
industry knowledge What you’ll bringA proven track record in selling used vehicles
with previous experience essential.Strong customer service experienceStrong communication and negotiation skills
both written and verbal.Current Drivers LicenceA genuine love for people and the sales
processCurrent National Police CheckAn outstanding communicator with excellent
interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive, long-term
relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.A proactive problem solver with a strong
attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Well-presented, process-driven and highly
organised, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role within
the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a
