Used Vehicle Stock Controller

Due to continued growth, Carco are seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join our team as a Used Vehicle Stock Controller.

The Used Vehicle Stock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of Vehicle Stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.

The Role

• Process new, used and wholesale vehicles including checking paperwork, attaching stock numbers, maintaining new car books and pre-stocking new vehicles
• Process vehicle transactions, ensuring settlement details are complete and accurate
• Prepare purchase and repair orders
• Sourcing & co-ordination of inter-dealer stock swaps
• Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
• Liaise with vehicle manufacturers and other departments
• Relationship building between manufacturers and various other dealership branches

YOU:

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy,
• Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
