Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal performance of utilities, facilities, and services
- Manage controls and reporting, including contractor management
- Instrumental in maintenance planning for utilities
- Oversee non-production vital services and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Assist in the management of external contractors onsite
Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification required - could be a Bachelor, Diploma or similar
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience in water chemistry and water quality management is essential
- Understanding of Waste Treatment Plant Process, Hot Water Boiler, Refrigeration, and Compressed Air is desirable however you can be trained in these areas, if required, with the right experience and attitude
- Background in food, pharmaceutical, or similar industries is highly regarded
- Can-do attitude and a strong desire to make a difference
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $110,000 plus 11% superannuation
- 5% annual incentive
