Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build out user flows
- Produce low – medium fidelity wireframes
- Conduct user testing
- Work with stakeholders to define design requirements and iterate on these
- Facilitate ideation and co-design sessions with product teams
- Work with UI designers so they can move from medium to high fidelity
Deliverables may include:
Measures:
- We hold fortnightly sprint planning sessions where each designer works with the POs and Leads to map out their stories for the sprint.
- Success is measured by the completion of these stories and delivery of research, insights, and design.
Goal:
- Delivering the fastest in market business lending application for new and existing customers.
- Providing bankers with the tools to do this.
Products & Services:
- Business lending, including, but not limited to, Overdrafts, loans, credit cards.
Tools of the Trade:
- Sketch
- InVision
- Pencil and paper
