Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve the NBL's digital assets within the technology team and across departments.
- Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Utilize Webflow to bring designs to life, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
- Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to enhance usability and appeal.
- Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Ensure design elements adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to brand development.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in core design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Good understanding of front-end web and mobile capabilities to drive user-centric design.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
