Job Description
Reporting into the Transport Supervisor, the Delivery Driver assists with the delivery and installation of products at customers’ premises in a timely and professional manner. The Delivery driver will ensure we deliver on our mission to provide the best shopping experience in the world by maintaining a high-level NPS at all times. The Delivery driver will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team, and align with the company values.
- Manage consumables.
- Care of all company supplied tools.
- Scanning inventory.
- Loading accuracy.
- Returns.
- Build positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep loading area clean and free of debris.
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards.
- Loading, delivery and/or install.
- Receiving customer payment.
- Minimise customer damage.
- Minimise reschedule’s.
- Inventory damage.
- Assist other areas of the business from time to time.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested.
- Ensure that all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards are reported in a timely manner to the Transport Manager.
- Ensure all work activities are in line with safety and handling inductions and training.
- Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures.
- Maintain safety and minimise risk when delivering/installing all products.
Qualifications
- Class C Licence.
- 2+ years of transport experience.
- A clean driving record with no traffic convictions.
- A great customer focus work ethic, with demonstrated customer experience.
- Strong safety-focused including safe manual handling knowledge and experience.
- Excellent team player.
- Ability to maintain a professional and calm manner whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results and target driven with a proactive can do approach.
- Intermediate level computer/app literacy Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items preferred but not essential.

- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 5.30am to 1.30pm.
