About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Van Driver at Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill. This is a Part Time position working Monday 0930-1130, Monday 1300-1530, Tuesday 1330-1630, Wednesday 0930-1130, Wednesday 1300-1530, Thursday 1330-1630, Friday 0930-1130 and Friday 1300-1530.
No two days are the same as a Van Driver at Ryman. You will ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of residents and others in the village van. From shopping visits to winery tours, museums and beyond. Regardless of the destination you will ensure our outings are an enjoyable experience for our residents. At Ryman we do it safely or not at all, so travelling at a safe speed, road rules, regulations and vehicle upkeep is paramount. Within this role you will be driving a 26 seater van and need to have a clean full Australian MR driver's license and be comfortable driving a manual van.
