THE ROLE:
We are currently expanding our Facilities Maintenance Team and are searching for skilled trades people in the building and construction industry. We are seeking applications from experienced candidates to join the team in providing facilities maintenance management for both accommodation villages and housing assets.

POSITIONS WE ARE SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR:

- Refrigeration Mechanics
TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Queensland recognised Trade Qualification or suitably qualified for the applying position;
- Current QLD Manual Drivers license with reliable transport;
- Construction White card (essential);
- A current Standard 11 certificate (essential);
- Tickets and Licenses applicable to Trade Qualification;
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Function Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen;
- Ability to pass an Australian Police Check;
- Flexible approach and a positive attitude towards customers;
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures; and
- A team player but also able to work autonomously.
