About the roles
The Policy, Programs and Engagement Division have multiple APS5 level opportunities available. The successful candidates will contribute to the ongoing development, implementation, and operational support for the Australian Government’s digital healthcare system. These positions provide the opportunity to join a high-performing and professional team that delivers services to the Australian community.
This is a bulk recruitment round to support a variety of opportunities at the APS5 level, that may include:
Policy Programs and Engagement are responsible for informing policies, managing external stakeholder relationships, and being the place of excellence for driving national programs, portfolio priorities and outcomes. Current vacancies available are below, please apply and indicate your preference:
- Policy Advisor within the Strategy and Policy Branch
- Digital Health Officer within the Strategy and Policy Branch
- Project Coordination within the Strategy and Policy Branch
- Administrative Support Officer within the Clinical Governance and Assurance Branch

There are opportunities for both ongoing and non-ongoing roles subject to Agency needs. Where non-ongoing roles are offered, they will be filled as a specified term vacancy for an initial period of up to 12 months.
Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking candidates who demonstrate the following APS5 job skills and attributes aligned to the APS work level standards and available position description:

Eligibility:
- Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance level from Baseline through to Negative Vetting 1, as required by the Agency. The security clearance needed will depend on the specific role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or work experience (if required).
