We currently have positions available in both our Retail Home & garden store and for someone experienced to join our garden maintenance team. It is also possible to combine a position that includes both areas providing the experience exists. These positions can be offered on a part for full time basis.
In our Retail store, we seek experienced people to assist in our quest to excite and serve our customers with a vast array of home & garden related style offerings to enhance their living or working environments. Experience and a natural creative flair with visual merchandising outcomes that stimulate ideas and contribute to sales will be essential. With such a strong emphasis on plants, horticulture skills would be a definite plus though more importantly a good aptitude for working together to enhance the customer experience where we under promise and over deliver.
As this position is also orientated toward the ongoing upgrade and development of our retail concept store and select customers that seek our design services, it would also be advantageous though not essential to possess any design skills particularly in the areas of interior or exterior landscape as this would allow us to leverage your earning capacity via our bonus / reward offerings.
If you are employed primarily in our retail store, there will be a requirement for some degree of weekend work though of course you are compensated with both penalty rates and the bonus of having some weekdays off accordingly.
You can expect an above award salary which will include penalty rates superannuation and a generous bonus system with regular reviews. A progressive career path is available for those with suitable experience and enthusiasm.
