To carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance within Villages in a professional, technically sound, safe and timely manner, provides a safe working and living environment, complies with relevant legislation and delivers a gold standard level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:
- To deliver excellent maintenance services to guests and the Operations Management team, in a timely manner, consistent with all relevant quality standards and service level agreements, with the minimum of disruption to guests, customers and employees.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Install, repair and maintain all plumbing fixtures, appliances, water piping and more to building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation.
The successful applicant must have:
- Manual Drivers licence, Class C
- Trade Qualifications/ Licence's - Electrical/ Plumber
- Queensland Licensed Plumber/Drainer/Gasfitter with QLD Gas Fitting Licence
- Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position
- Experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel-style services over multiple
- Working at heights permit - desirable
- Working in confined space permit - desirable
- Current First Aid CPR/LVR ticket - desirable
