Overview:Full Time, ContinuingSalary Teacher Level 2.2 - 5 + Superannuation and Flexible Working ArrangementsBased at the Melbourne City campus, however, may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University or other location. About the PositionAs VE Teacher – Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Your primary role entails delivering course content, assessing students and supervising their progress in selected school courses. Additionally, you will need to actively participate in the school's periodic reviews of course content, development, delivery, teaching methods (including online delivery methods), and student assessment methods.To be successful in this position, you’ll have:Effective interpersonal and communication skills relevant to teaching and consultancy environments.Skills and experience in competency-based assessment.Ability in ensuring current and contemporary vocational competence which meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.Experience in relevant industry, and substantial discipline knowledge.Capacity to diagnose learning problems in students, propose and implement effective solutions.Ability to contribute effectively as a constructive and…
