Your role

Are you passionate about cars and ready to drive success in a dynamic start-up environment? Look no further! Our innovative company is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Buyer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring high-quality vehicles at favourable prices, conducting evaluations, negotiations, and maintaining market awareness to make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, popular vehicle models and customer preferences. Additionally, you will work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPI’s. 

What we expect from you?

• Energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity (key to be successful in this role).

• Experience in Vehicle Buyer tasks.

• Confident on the phone and willing to do a high number of calls during the day.

• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good computer skills with experience using CRM and lead management systems.

• Willingness to receive training.

• Updated police check.

• Monday to Friday, office hours, no late nights, or weekends.

• Salary base (65k – 70k) + superannuation + commissions + phone allowance.
