Vehicle Spray Painter

Pacific Toyota based in far North Queensland is currently seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join their Service Department in Parramatta Park QLD.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
• Ability to mix paint shades and select exact paint to match vehicle colour.
• Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders
• Treating vehicles with rust -proofing chemicals
• Applying primer and finish coats with spray-guns, and sanding surfaces between coats
• Removing making papers, and waxing and polishing finished paintwork
Skills & Abilities:
• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related field
• Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience.
