Vehicle Yards Attendant

An opportunity awaits for a Vehicle Yards Attendant to join our team at Bayford Pre-Delivery Centre in Campbellfield. We are looking for a permanent employee who is reliable, responsible and who will contribute to the smooth operation of the centre and maintain our display vehicles to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to commence or further their career within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities will include:

• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
• Organise and park vehicles, maintaining an organised and accessible layout.
• Parking vehicles in the correct locations & all vehicles are locked.
• Locating & retrieving vehicles for foreman.
• Recleaning of vehicles for delivery. 
• Refuelling of new vehicles. 
• Inspecting new vehicle deliveries on arrival from transport companies.
• Day-to-day general duties around the centre.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Valid manual driver’s licence with good driving record is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• A passion for the automotive industry.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
