After the success of our first shop in Sydney at The Galeries – Sydney opened in May 2023, our second store will be opened in World Square in April 2024! With the growth of Venchi in Australia, we have a number of exciting opportunities emerging to suit your style, uniqueness and career goals.
We're now seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager and Store Supervisor for our shop in World Square, Sydney, opening this April 2024. These positions will work closely with the Retail/General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Venchi.
About the Role:
- Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment are in good condition and advise if any maintenance has to be performed
- Ensure stock level in stores is sufficient to perform good sales
- Ensure stores are well merchandised and following the brand guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in training, and development of staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Work closely with Store manager to review sell thru, discounts and to provide feedback on category performance
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
About you:
- 2 years of relevant F&B retail experiences
- Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
- Energetic and positive mind to drive excellent customer service, pleasant personality and passionate
- Committed to the development and growth of a learning culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus
