This role is based at Pyrmont and will be a 2-3 month assignment.The role of the Vendor Master Administrator is to lead and maintain the Australia and New Zealand SAP S/4 Hana Vendor Master System. Key focus areas include on-boarding new suppliers (vendors), maintaining and updating incumbent vendor details & relating documents. This role is a key role in the Procurement systems & operations function.Key Responsibilities:● Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager and working closely with all Procurement representatives to support a consistent approach to Procurement across the Australian and New Zealand businesses.● Supports accurate on-boarding of new ANZ vendors. Assists with internal and external questions. Applies the appropriate supplier checks and approach to governance.● Manage the accurate switch of incumbent vendors and facilitate the smooth transition of New Veolia Vendors onto the Vendor Portal within a reasonable timeframe.Key Capabilities:● Demonstrated understanding and interest in Procurement or Purchasing function (ideally in a vendor driven environment).● Solid communication skills both written and verbal.● Keen interest in learning and being part of any teamExperience:● 3+ years of relevant experience in administration● Knowledge of SAP Vendor Management System ideal but not essential● Task management oriented with strong customer service skillsApply today or reach out to Layla Homsi at layla.homsi@sandyou.com.au for further details.
