The Role:
Position: Vendor Replenishment Planner - Coles
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Port Melbourne
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and coordinate the replenishment of Coles Supermarket Distribution Centres.
• Provide replenishment support for Kmart, Office, and Pharmacy accounts.
• Ensure stock is managed to agreed DIFOT targets, with a focus on efficient promotion and seasonal lines, evaluation.
• Collaborate on forecasting alignment and implement strategies for inbound flow, including timeslot coordination with Inbound Freight Scheduling (“IFS”) and the Supplier.
• Handle short code stock code management and resolutions, deletions stock management, and range review stock management.
• Oversee state allocation replenishment in case of supply shortages and expedite out-of-stock situations.
• Report key performance indicators in accordance with Coles requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
 

• Superior communication skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Technical proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems.
• Experience in MRP/DRP and S&OP, preferably within the FMCG, food, or high-volume manufacturing sector.
• Logistics/Demand Planning skills with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
• A team player who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and possesses meticulous attention to detail.
• High-level skills in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, quick and accurate computer skills.
