We have an amazing opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the replenishment planning for our client, Woolworths whilst providing support to the Customer Supply Chain Lead and demand team on analysis and reporting for IBP/S&OP, customer collaboration and demand improvement initiatives. Ideally, you will spend up to 2 days per week on client site.

You will generate and analyse weekly and monthly KPI reports for S&OE, PDR and DR and prepare weekly order plan and customer collaboration reports as input to the weekly and fortnightly retailer supply collaboration meeting.

Generate weekly customer inventory and order plan variation reports as input to weekly sales call for Sales teams and process timely placement of orders to ensure the delivery of high levels of stock availability both in DCs and in stores.

Further Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Quantify potential inbound and outbound service level impacts within 0-4 weeks’ planning horizon and communicate to key internal stakeholders.

  • Work with the customer, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure clear and open communication between KCA and retailer.

  • Publish timely and accurate KPI and inventory reports to enable effective decision making for demand and commercial teams.

About You:

  • You bring forward solid experience (min 2 years) in a similar capacity role and supply chain analysis, so ideally a VRP / ISP.

  • You can confidently navigate and use MS Excel at an advanced level with experience across Business warehouse reporting, SAP/APO-SNP. Should you also hold Tableau experience, it will be of high advantage

  • You have demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities

  • You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have sound customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills

  • You are a team player, and you bring froward your great communication as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving the results. Together with your skills and experience, you hold Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or similar discipline
