What this job involves:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Vendor Services Coordinator.

In this role, you will coordinate the Vendor management in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the portfolio. Support the service delivery functions of Government vendors via reviewing and providing feedback and processing PEP clearances and supporting the VendorManager.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Coordination of Vendor management as delegated by the Vendor Manager
  • Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities and to the agreed program
  • Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders expectations
  • Build and develop effective relationships
  • Ensure compliance to all OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures
  • Preparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systems

You will possess administration and communication skills and have a strong customer service focus with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines 

  • Highly organised with verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient keyboard and data entry skills
  • Knowledge or exposure to building/Vendor management would be advantageous although not essential
     

This role is subject to Commonwealth Government Security vetting processes where you must be an Australian Citizen in order to conduct this check.
