About the opportunity
We are excited to be seeking 2 x part-time Venue and Bookings Officer to join our Events Team on a permanent basis as below:
1 x permanent, part-time - 21 hours per week
1 x permanent, part-time - 14 hours per week.
This role would be primarily responsible for the bookings and coordination of functions and events at The Colebee, Nurragingy Reserve. If you are looking for a fun and vibrant team to be a part of apply now!
Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- Tertiary qualification in Event Management or Marketing or a related field
- Solid experience in a similar field
- Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision
- RSA certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current Class “C” driver’s licence.
Desirable:
- Experience with food and beverage
- Available to work flexible working hours during the week or on weekends.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,452.48 per week, pro-rata
- 21 and 14 hour working week
