- Salary range between $31,060 - $35,719 p.a. plus super
For over 90 years, Bondi Pavilion has been a central part of life for residents and visitors to Bondi Beach. Having undergone a complete restoration and upgrade, this iconic building was reopened to the public in Spring 2022 offering world-class cultural, community and creative facilities and programming.
The Venue Officer assists the Venue Operations Coordinator and the wider team in the day-to-day running of Bondi Pavilion by providing high-quality customer service, operational and administrative support. This people-focused role works with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the venue and that Bondi Pavilion is safe and welcoming for all users.
To be successful, the Venue Officer requires good organisational skills and a positive and collaborative working style. An ability to manage multiple tasks, be flexible and adaptable is also essential.
Minimum education requirements and experience in venue administration or similar is required, supported by a demonstrated working knowledge of related operational activities ideally gained in a cultural or community venue environment.
