Venue Supervisor - Merrywell

The Merrywell is a modern interpretation of a gastronomy-driven pub offering a trail-blazing blend of daring reinvented New York style dishes, boutique beers and hand-crafted cocktails.  This casual venue is one of Perth’s hot spots with its good times on tap, DJs on the deck and an impressive vibe in the beer garden.

Reporting to the Manager, the Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, customer focused operations along with ordering, stock take, rostering, and administration. You will also monitor and evaluate customer service levels and act as an escalation point for frontline staff.

Essential Criteria:
•    Great leadership skills with experience coaching, training, and supporting a team a large team.
•    Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
•    24/7 availability including late nights.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills.
•    A passion for delivering a high standard of customer service.
•    Experience with financial objectives including stock control and rostering.
•    Approved Managers card
•    Excellent grooming and attention to detail
