About the PositionAs the VET Lecturer – Business Administration, you will contribute to the teaching effort of programs provided by the Commerce Team. This includes preparing, delivering, and assessing students to the competency standards of the Business Services (BSB) Training Packages in line with best teaching practices and industry standards within a team environment.
Units from other Training Packages may be required to be delivered from time to time. The role contributes to growing the teaching business and anticipates and responds to industry training requirements.
About YouTo be successful, you will require:
Current qualification equivalent to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor) and the ability to obtain competencies in additional core units as required.
Possess education, training, and/or relevant industry experience equivalent to completing Vocational qualifications in Commerce.Possession of the following:- Current qualification equivalent to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor) and the ability to obtain competencies in additional core units as required. - Possess education, training and/or relevant industry experience equivalent to completing a Vocational qualification in Commerce and/or ICT.
Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Demonstrated experience in using modern software, platforms, and training tools.
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including communicating culturally sensitively with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language.
Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level A. The base salary will be in the range of $72,702 - $109,071 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $85,061 - $127,613 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
