Job Description: As a Field Technician - Vibration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing and diagnosing the vibration characteristics of various machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site data collection and analysis to identify potential issues, ensure optimal performance, and minimise downtime. You will work closely with our clients in providing accurate reports and recommendations for maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive vibration analysis and diagnostics on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Collect data using specialised equipment.
• Analyse collected data and interpret vibration patterns to identify abnormalities and potential failures.
• Generate detailed reports outlining findings, including recommendations for maintenance and repair.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop customised solutions and strategies for improved equipment performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to vibration analysis.
• Provide installation, training and support services for vibration monitoring systems.

Requirements:

• Technical qualifications in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2yrs. or more) as a Field Technician or similar role, specialising in vibration analysis with a min. CAT II certification.
• In-depth knowledge of vibration analysis principles, techniques, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (NSW & interstate).
