Management - Schools (Education & Training)

(Fulltime, 5-year contract, commencing January 2025)

The role

In addition to contributing to the strategic direction of the College and The Studio School (TSS), the Vice Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the College (12 months old to Year 12), with a particular focus on the secondary campus (Years 7 to 12) and with oversight of the operations of The Studio School (TSS – Years 10 to 12) in Fremantle. Providing a high level of support for the Principal and working closely with the other members of the Leadership Team, the Vice Principal implements and manages a range of projects, programs and processes which facilitate and ensure the effective running of this progressive organisation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide innovative and creative strategic input to ASC and TSS in general, and specifically in relation to your portfolio areas.
  • Remain abreast of current educational and leadership research.
  • Lead a range of innovative projects for ASC and TSS.
  • Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the College (Childcare to Year 12).
  • Provide a high level of support for the Principal, along with other members of the Leadership Team, to facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the College.
