VicWISE x Work+Stay Registration

Civil Engineering talent is much needed across our regions.

VicWISE and Work+Stay have partnered on this pilot project, targeting International Student Civil Engineering Graduates, providing employment pathways into regional jobs. 

The Pilot also seeks to inform and upskill participants on, 

• The realities of securing meaningful work in regional Australia 
• The Work+Stay Candidate centered approach to recruitment, incl. Work+Stay Welcome Ambassador partnerships in-region to support newcomers, and ongoing retention support. 
• Regional community profiles 
• The experience of multicultural people who have chosen regional life.  
• Accessing migrant support in the regions.  

Primary target Cohort:  

• Masters or PHD graduates who have offshore experience in Civil Engineering
