The Role
We’re on the hunt for a talented videographer and Content Creator with a passion for real estate. If you are naturally organised, detail-focused, enjoy a busy work pace without sacrificing quality, to create visually stunning content that captures the essence of a property to tell its story…you’ve come to the right place.
As our in-house Real Estate Videographer, you will be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality video content for our property listings, social media channels (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), and marketing campaigns.
- Developing and executing creative video ideas that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with our marketing team, StudioMRE, to brainstorm and implement new video concepts.
- Engaging with our online community through captivating video content.
- Maintaining the brand’s video style and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
- Demonstrating great initiative in all aspects of the role.
About You:
- Industry experience in Real Estate or Architecture an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud-based editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) – min. 2 years.
- High proficiency in videography and editing – min 2 years.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
- High level of autonomy with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects and delivering quality in a timely manner.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in developing and executing video projects.
- An understanding of social media algorithms and current trends.
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
- Must have your own professional video gear.
- Drone licence is preferred (not essential).
