As our VIP Sales & Marketing Executive, reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will actively engage, develop, and grow The Star Entertainment Group Interstate Market through relationship marketing to support the Star Sydney, Star Gold Coast and Brisbane Treasury
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will use your sales skills to develop and implement strategies to retain, protect and grow the interstate VIP database.
A few of your responsibilities
Manage client relationships that grow our VIP patron database to increase The Star Entertainment's domestic market share.
Develop customer-centric growth strategies that align to relevant compliance and statutory requirements
Identify opportunities to grow the domestic database through commercial relationships and subsequent revenues
Manage marketing trips and patron entertaining budget with appropriate return on investment.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to utilise property events and functions, ensuring direct mail offers are attractive for VIP patrons
What we are looking for
Understanding of relevant compliance requirements including associated legislation, System of Accounting and ICMs
Proven experience in a hospitality, sales or related environment is crucial.
Ability to maintaining stakeholder, customer and client relationships.
You will have a strategic attitude in all tasks you perform.
Highly organised and excellent communication skills
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in database management, customer service and stakeholder management. Your proactive approach, combined with the ability to identify new opportunities, make you an asset to The Star as we look to expand our market presence and exceed customer expectations.
