You Must Have:

What the Role Involves:
- Handling Inbound Calls: As a part of our team, you’ll function like a traditional switchboard operator or telephone receptionist—only your desk is at your home, not at the front of a client’s office.
- Daily Activities Include: Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages, making appointments, managing diaries, and more. Our clients primarily belong to Medical, Legal, and Financial sectors, so expect a busy environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Skilled Communicators: You should be able to speak and write in English fluently.
- Efficient and Accurate: Fast and accurate typing skills are crucial.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern technology, working with computers, and navigating the internet.
- Responsible and Reliable: We need someone who is punctual, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
