Zoos Victoria operates four landmark zoos, Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo. The Visitor Experience Assistant will assist with delivering great customer service to each of our guests that visit us. The Visitor Experience Assistant is responsible for ensuring Zoo's Victoria missions and goals are communicated throughout every interaction that our guests have with our team. The incumbent will work across several areas including admissions, retail, food and beverage and administration.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven, high performance visitor environment, with a capacity to deliver all customer service expectations, sales, & perform duties to a high standard. They will also be excellent communicators and team players, ideally with previous experience in a similar role.
