Reporting into the Group Brand & Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our broader marketing team and Club Managers to plan, shoot and edit high-quality campaign content that resonates with our community and drives our brand forward.This is initially a 12-month fixed term part time (4 days per week) contract with potential to extend to a permanent position for the right candidate. The role would likely suit a talented creator who is looking for flexibility and the perfect work/life balance in a gorgeous club environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Capture Hero Photos of each club, showcasing their unique character and atmosphere.
- Develop Walk-through/Club Tour Videos that give potential members an immersive experience.
- Produce Marketing Campaign Material that aligns with our brand vision and marketing goals.
- Highlight Member Stories with compelling testimonials that inspire and engage.
- Plan, Organise, and Coordinate Each Shoot to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.
- Generate Engaging Content Ideas that captivate our audience and tell our brand's story.
- Build a Robust Content Library comprising photo, video, and drone footage.
- Post Production/Editing/Colour Correcting to enhance the quality and impact of your content.
- Optimise Content for Each Platform, ensuring maximum reach and engagement on our website and social media channels.
- Proven experience as a multi-disciplinary Videographer and Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for video/photo editing software, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Expertise in drone operation and aerial photography/videography.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a creative mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience in high-volume photo and video post-production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to a different club location each month.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual excellence.
- Experience working with Health & Fitness, Real Estate or Premium Hospitality Brands is highly regarded.
