About the role:
Training delivery and assessment for the student coming to study for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID009 Provide CPR and Manual Handling. These learners can be for refresh their exiting skills or upskill themselves.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will prepare the training room and all equipment for the training and assessment session.
- Sending a quick reminder (SMS) to all enrolled student to confirm their attendance before the session (RTO software will support and we will train them to use it)
- Prepare all relevant documentation, including any enrolment documents.
- Training delivery with the help of PPT and scenario-based role plays.
- Mark written assessments and cross-check auto-marked online assessments.
- Submit Assessment report to the administrative staff to issue learners certificates.
- Student support, if required, and coordination with other staff members for the fee or other matters.
Mandatory Requirements for Training and Assessing
- A degree in Register Nursing (RN) or HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (or above e.g. HLTAID013 - HLTAID016)
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as RN or in the Training industry.
- Knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015 (Questions will ask during the interview)
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
- Continuous improvement mindset.
