Total Part Time Remuneration $44,631 to $50,205 pa (including part time salary of $37,714 to $42,424 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Do you have a strong administration background and passionate about adhering to regulatory standards? CQUniversity is seeking a motivated team member to provide a pivotal role in ensuring our institution meets and exceeds regulatory requirements and obligations.
You will be involved in a range of administrative activities including coordination of document control, collation of information and material change notifications to regulators and provide assistance in the organising of internal audits across our schools and departments. You are a strong communicator and will be responsible for keeping abreast of changes to requirements, and providing advice to others. If you are ready to take on a new challenge and contribute to success of our Vocational Education and Training activities, this role is for you.

Position Requirements
Proven communication skills, including highly developed skills in drafting a wide range of documents, and experience in creating quality forms and instructions which comply with policy;
Demonstrated skill and ability to conduct internal review of systems and processes.
Demonstrated skill and ability in an administrative support role, utilising attention to detail, organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
