Are you passionate about crafting seamless communication experiences? Join our dynamic team as a Voice Engineer and revolutionise the way people connect!
If you think you’ve got what it takes to ‘be awesome’ with us, this is what you need to show;
Demonstrated experience in UNIX/Linux
Sound experience running SIP platform
Understanding & working knowledge of SIP, RFC Compliance, RTP etc
Ability to:
o Work independently and as part of a team
o Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
If you have any of this experience, we’d also like to know;
Scripting / Automation
Experience with Puppet / Ansible and automation tools
TDM experience (SS7, IDSN, MGCP, controllers and media gateways)
Voice experience with any open-source voice application (Asterisk / FreeSWITCH / Kamailio / OpenSIPS)
SIP School certification
Networking knowledge (CCNA or similar)
As our Voice Engineer, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
Address and manage escalations from the support teams
Perform maintenance
Develop detailed change requests in order to enhance the platform or rectify issues
Contribute to the operation, configuration of the NetSIP network and interconnect links
Work with high value customers, to assist with solution design & onboarding
Work with carrier partners and resolving & working around Interoperability issues, faults
Monitor the network for potential Fraud and other traffic issues.
