We are excited to announce an opening for a Recruitment Consultant who will specialise in managing high-Volume Recruitment projects, primarily focusing on government campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant projects, providing comprehensive recruitment solutions to our esteemed government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Volume Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end support for bulk or Volume Recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with government clients to understand their staffing needs, offering expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Candidate Sourcing Teams: Work with candidate sourcing teams to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline that meets the specific requirements of each campaign.
- Selection Process: Design and implement efficient screening and selection processes, ensuring the best fit between candidates and client needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or, with a strong emphasis on managing high-Volume Recruitment projects.
- Familiarity with government sector recruitment, understanding its unique challenges and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Proficient in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
