We are assisting a portfolio company to find their next VP Finance. This is a high impact opportunity to lead the finance function of a high growth SaaS startup as they scale revenue toward and beyond $50mm ARR.
What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic financial and operational insights to support decision-making
- Ensure the finance function is set up effectively for scale in terms of both operations and personel
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Monitor and analyse financial performance and key SaaS metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Lead financial risk management initiatives
- External fundraising and board reporting
- Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and potential M&A activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and investors
