VR GP Vacancy at Coolangatta, Gold Coast, QLD

Busy mixed-billing medical centre on the Gold Coast is looking for a dedicated female VR GP to join their team of medical professionals committed to excellence in patient care. Immediate start available.

About the Practice:

• Established 8 years ago, owned and operated by a VR GP
• Two GPs retiring - huge patient base available
• Female GP preferred
• A modern purpose-built centre, with 13 consult rooms and a 4-bed treatment room
• Undercover parking for doctors and patients
• 12 GPs (8 FTE) and highly experienced CDM nursing support, along with on-site physiotherapist, podiatrist, psychologist, dietician and audiologist
• Visiting cardiologist
• Adjoining pharmacy
• On-site pathology- Sullivan and Nicolaides
• Utilising Best Practice software and electronic referral system 
• Nurses do all the preparation of care plans and health assessments - there is also a specialised CDN nurse with her own room.
• Practice offers all types of immunisations, including specialised travel vaccinations (such as yellow fever).
• Doctors perform skin cancer excisions, grafts and flaps and have a 4 bed treatment room with specialised lighting and equipment for skin procedures.
• There is also an ABI Doppler and micro-suction ear equipment available, as well as a Holter monitor and audiometer. 

Working hours: 
Open 7 days, except public holidays.
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
No weekend work required, it is entirely optional should a doctor wish to work weekends. 

Rate of pay:
$150 or 70% of Billings (weekly billings cycle)

A beautiful location to work at, situated in the close proximity to the beaches, local restaurants and cafes. 
Join the big, but close-knit and supportive team of 12 GPs, RNs, Allied Health Practitioners and excellent admin team to assist them all.
