We are seeking 1 Dual Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technician AND Electrician looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a FIFO Full-Time basis. We have Permanent Ongoing Maintenance works to our Offshore Site located on Varanus Island - off the North Coast of WA.
This will be on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster FIFO from Perth, with immediate starts preferred. You'll be joining a small maintenance team assisting in keeping our Accommodation Village fully operational for both Electrical & Refrigeration works.
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in an Offshore environment
- Conduct refrigeration-maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, breakdowns and planned works, dismantling malfunctioning systems and test components
- Perform repairs across the Village including Air-conditioning units site-wide & Refrigeration in our Kitchen facilities
- Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
THE PERSON
- Hold Australian Recognised Trade Certificates in both Electrical & Refrigeration
- Minimum 2 years-experience in a similar role
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Full C Class Auto Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
- Current CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL - EWP, BOSIET highly desirable
