Employing 10,000 people worldwide, with a national presence here in Australia, they supply to Electrical Wholesalers & Major Project Owners across the Mining, Utilities, Power Transmission, Telecommunications, Construction & Renewables sector.
 
POSITION
 
Due to unprecedented growth, Bellcore are on the hunt for a passionate and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. As a senior sales individual you’ll be tasked with the important responsibility of developing and managing channel sales through aforementioned customers and target markets.

• Profitably grow the Industrial Channel within defined market segments and geographic boundaries. (WA/SA/NT)
• Identify, Track, Influence and Win Major Projects. This is a hunting role.
• Identify potential growth segments and projects within the market and develop strategies to win these projects direct.
• Lead Tender process and Commercial negotiations for Strategic Projects.
• Build Relationships across key Segments and Grow Strategic Accounts.
• Identify potential growth segments and projects within the market and develop strategies to win these projects direct.
• Own the outcome of all identified clients' tenders.

CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have b2b (business to business) sales experience. Ideally, your experience has been obtained selling electrical products to major electrical contractors, EPC's / EPCMs & asset owners. Note this position bypasses the electrical wholesale network, so you are dealing directly with end users markets, consultants &  engineer on project work. You could be specifying any electrical product; but some products that come to mind may include:

• Structured Cabling; Copper & Fibre cabling solutions (inc fire cable)
• Cabling accessories, Switching, Sockets etc..
• Industrial or Commercial LED Lighting Solutions
• Power electronics; UPS (Uninterruptible power supplies)
• Switchboards
• Power Distribution
• Data Security & Automation solutions
