Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests.
• Efficiently take customer orders and accurately serve food and beverages to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items and assist customers with their selections.
• Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Proactively suggest additional items to enhance the customer's dining experience.
• Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and organised to uphold hygiene standards.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wait Staff in a busy cafe or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and busy periods.
• Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Any relevant hospitality certifications or qualifications will be advantageous.
