Our historical building once housed Melbourne’s original luxury automobile showroom. We’re reviving this history of extravagance but without the stuffiness of yesteryear.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience as a Barista or Waitstaff or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Passion for food and beverage
- Outstanding time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Victorian RSA Certificate
